Dr. Mohammad Alawi Amzarbah - Executive Chairman of YGAPC - Chairman of the Board of Directors has directed to expedite the executive procedures for the final signing with the international company Dutch"Damen" to purchase the new marine tug
Dr. Mohammad Alawi Amzarbah - Executive Chairman of YGAPC - Chairman of the Board of Directors has directed to expedite the executive procedures for the final signing with the international company Dutch"Damen" to purchase the new marine tug which had been previously agreed upon, as well as the signing of the final agreement with the Finnish engine manufacturer "Wärtsilä" for the maintenance of "Hateeb" tug in the Republic of Djibouti this September.
This came during the meeting he chaired for the purchase of the new marine tug and maintenance of the tug "Hateeb", in the presence of his deputy, Eng. Abdulrab Jaber Al-Khulaqi and a number of concerned department directors at the port.
Dr. Amzerbah stressed at the meeting the importance of implementation according to the timetable schedules for the maintenance of various marine crafts, and the need for coordination between the technical, marine, financial and procurement departments, to provide all the parts and equipment required for the maintenance.
The committees of purchasing the new marine tug and maintenance of Wadi Hateeb were assigned to discuss the latest procedures for the final signing with representatives of the international companies "Damen" and "Wärtsilä" and arranging travel for the technical team to check and receive the new marine tug.
