The Executive Chairman of YGAPC, Dr. Mohammad Alawi Amzerbah, met in his office today 30/1/2023, accompanied by his deputy, Eng. Abdulrab Jaber Al-Khulaqi, Mrs. Zina Ali Ahmed, the Resident Representative of UNDP in Yemen, welcoming her and her visiting team. Dr. Amzerbah started his speech by thanking and appreciating the program for its contribution to Port development projects, which began to fund the ship control system, that contributed to enhancing the safety of maritime navigation and Port security. He also drew attention to the smooth dealings with the organization's employees, which created an ideal atmosphere for financing Port projects, including what will happen soon, which is the rehabilitation of the warehouses of Ma'alla Port. For her part, Mrs. Zeina praised the relationship of her employees with the port employees, noting that she will strive to search for financing the projects that were allocated in the damage assessment report prepared by the Dutch experts.
The resident representative was accompanied by her deputy, Mrs. Nahed, Mr. Kennedy, Director of the Aden office, and Mr. Waleed Baharoun.
